Questions you're probably asking.

Straight answers about what Focus on Cash does, what it costs and how your data is kept safe.

What is Focus on Cash?

A complete financial analysis platform for businesses doing $500K to $20M in sales. Connect Xero or upload your Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet, and see sales, profit, assets and cash flow, explained in plain English. Coaches and advisors use it to run the same analysis for every client.

Is Focus on Cash a cash flow tool?

No. Cash flow is one part of it. Focus on Cash is a complete financial analysis platform. It covers sales, profit, assets and cash flow, and the What If lets you test a decision before you make it. The name points at cash because most tools leave it out.

What accounting software does it work with?

Xero connects directly, with a live sync. For any other system, upload your Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet as Excel files. You get the same analysis either way.

How is this different from what my accountant gives me?

Your accountant handles compliance: correct books and tax. Focus on Cash shows what the numbers mean, tests decisions before you make them, and tracks the trends. The two work together.

Can I try it before I buy?

Yes. Try the What If screen on the home page now, no login, or book a walkthrough and Mandy will take you through the whole platform. Every subscription is annual, with every feature from day one.

How does pricing work?

Business owners pay $1,995 a year per company. Coaches and advisors pay one flat price for their client list: $2,400 a year for up to 10 client companies, or $4,800 a year for unlimited. Every feature is included at every price.

I'm an advisor with 15 clients. What do I pay?

$4,800 a year covers unlimited client companies. One subscription covers your whole list, and each client's data is kept separate.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes. Each company's data is locked to the people allowed to see it, sign-in supports two-step verification, connection tokens are encrypted and the database is hosted in Sydney. The security page has the full detail.

What size business is it for?

Businesses doing $500K to $20M in sales. That is enough complexity to need proper analysis, and usually too small to justify a full-time CFO.

What's included?

Everything. Analysis of sales, profit, cash flow and assets. More than 20 business ratios explained in plain English. What If modelling. Best-ever tracking. Budget against actual. Unlimited uploads. All of it at every price.
